Billingshurst Trade Park is an exciting new development providing high quality trade counter accommodation in a fast growing suburban location.
A 13 unit trade counter scheme is currently under construction and an outline consent for a further 151,500 sq ft of B1, B2, B8 uses is in place on the balance of the 20 acre site.
Billingshurst Trade Park is highly visible from the A29 which links the town with Horsham to the North East. Approximately 950 new homes are to be developed in the town which have received planning permission in Billingshurst since 2010.
There are proposals for a further 1,200 new homes on the East of Billingshurst from developers Crest and Bellway Homes and 1,000 new homes on a new country park on land west of the village. Furthermore there are proposals for a new garden village, 1.5 miles south of the centre of Billingshurst, which includes 3,500 new homes, health centre, hotel and primary school.
At present circa 24,000 vehicles travel past the site on any given day, but this is expected to increase to 28,000 as a result of the growth from the existing development that is underway in Billingshurst and surrounding area.
